Finally, finally, finally fans of The Rock and Roll Machine can rejoice. It’s been a long time coming but finally they have released a full-length album. Showcasing the band as one of the hardest rocking animals in Aotearoa, Rock and Roll Machine reins supreme as one of 2006’s loudest and most ferocious. With over six years of touring and supporting such acts as The White Stripes and Guitar Wolf the band boasts a huge reputation.
Rock and Roll Machine contains a selection of tracks, new and old, that die-hard fans already live and breathe. But don’t fret, there’s a couple of new tracks in for spoils, most noticeably the hit single ‘Want U Bad’ featuring bass player Karin Canzek on lead vocals. ‘Creature Of The Night’, ‘Animal’ and the bone crunching live favourite ‘Rock and Roll Junky’ prove The Rock and Roll Machine wear their leather with pride.
